Five Day Reset
Thank you for your interest in working with me. I am 100% committed to improving my clients’ lives by improving their overall health without depriving them of their current lifestyles. My motto is Health Made Simple, and I want to make your life BETTER! Whether your goal is to get leaner, lose body fat, gain muscle mass, feel better, stop late-night snacking, etc., I am here to help you accomplish it.
This five-day reset is all about awareness, accountability, and creating structure in a sustainable way. I want you to begin to understand what you are eating, how much you are eating, and what is getting in the way of you reaching your health and wellness goals.
Part of this five-day reset includes unlimited messaging, in our group chat or by individually texting me, where you can ask me questions that come to mind, provide me with updates, struggles, dining out advice, or anything else! I will respond as soon as possible because I want you to succeed in any and every situation.
By working with me, you commit to investing in your health and wellness and giving it your all. You will get out what you put in. Getting healthy is a marathon (not a sprint), and I am here every step of the way to help you succeed in a sustainable, balanced, fun, and delicious way! We’ll discuss this more in our first meeting!
